Your space.Not theirs.

You pay for that parking space every month. Parkly makes sure you are the only one who can use it — an automatic barrier that only opens for your remote.

Fuengirola → Estepona Parkly automatic parking barrier with remote control

The problem

You're paying for a space you have to fight for.

It's 9pm. You get home. There's a car in your space. Again.

Maybe it's a visitor. Maybe it's the neighbour's second car. Maybe it's someone who doesn't even live in the urbanisation. It makes no difference — the result is the same. You circle the garage, you park out on the street, you walk back in the dark, you leave another note under a windscreen wiper, you take it to the community. Again.

A number painted on the floor is a suggestion. A sign is a suggestion. A steel arm bolted into your space is not.

  • Notes under windscreen wipers
  • Complaints to the community that go nowhere
  • Parking out on the street and walking back
  • Arguments with people over a space you pay for
  • Cones and chains you have to move by hand

All of it ends the day the barrier goes in.

How the automatic parking lock works

One barrier. Your space is yours again.

Parkly is an automatic parking lock fixed into the floor of your space. The arm stays up, so the space is physically closed. You press a button from inside your car and it folds flat. No app. No subscription. No getting out of the car.

Step 01

Your space stays closed

The arm stays up, day and night. Nobody else can pull in — whatever they think about it.

Step 02

Press the remote

From inside your car, up to 15 metres away. No getting out, no rain on your head, no chain to unlock.

Step 03

It folds flat. You park.

The arm lies down on the ground. You drive over it and park, exactly as you always have.

↩︎ Leaving? Press the button again — the arm rises and your space closes behind you.

Parking barrier features

Built to sit outside and be ignored.

It lives on the floor of a Costa del Sol car park all year: August sun, November storms, reversing neighbours. That's what it's made for.

15 m remote control

Open it from the ramp, before you even reach your space. Two remotes come with it — one for each driver in the house, so nobody is waiting on anybody.

IP67 — sun and rain

Sealed to IP67 against water and dust, so bad weather is a non-event.

Cold-rolled steel

Premium cold-rolled steel body. It isn't the flimsy folding lock you've seen bent flat in a car park.

180° anti-collision arm

The support arm swings through 180°, so a knock pushes it aside instead of deforming it.

Impact alarm

Built-in alarm. If something hits it, it sounds loudly and keeps sounding until you know about it.

Why Parkly

What actually changes tomorrow.

Your space is free when you arrive

Every time. Not "usually". The space is physically closed until you open it.

You never leave the car

Press, drive in, park. In the rain, at night, with the kids in the back.

It stays outdoors all year

IP67 sealing and a steel body. You install it and then you forget about it.

Two remotes, two drivers

One each. No handing a key over, no "who has the remote today".

The price

€189. Installed. That's the whole thing.

Not "from €189 plus fitting, plus remotes, plus a call-out fee". One price: we bring the barrier, we fix it into your space, we hand you two remotes and we test it with you before we go.

Compare it with what the space itself costs you every month — and with how many times you've parked somewhere else because a stranger got there first.

Service area

This is our stretch of coast, so a fitting is a short drive rather than a project. If you live in an urbanisation between these two points, we come to you.

Parking barrier FAQ

The things people ask before saying yes.

What exactly is included in the €189?

The barrier itself, professional installation in your space and two remote controls. We fit it, test it with you and leave it working.

Do I need permission from my community?

If the space belongs to you or is assigned to your property, it is normally your decision. If it sits in a common area, check with your community of owners first — it's a five-minute conversation and it saves problems later. Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what other residents in your situation usually do.

What happens if someone hits it?

The support arm swings through 180°, so an impact pushes it rather than bending it, and the built-in alarm goes off loudly. It's cold-rolled steel, not a supermarket folding lock.

Does it survive the weather here?

It's rated IP67 against water and dust — designed for direct sun and heavy rain, which is exactly what a Costa del Sol car park delivers.

Can two people in the house use it?

Yes. Two remotes are included, one for each driver, and both work up to 15 metres from the barrier.

Do I have to get out of the car to open it?

Never. That's the whole point. You press the remote from inside the car, up to 15 metres away, and the arm folds flat to the ground.

How do I get started?

Send one WhatsApp message with a photo of your space and the name of your urbanisation. We'll confirm it's suitable, agree a day, and fit it.

Last thing

Take your space back.

One message. Tell us where your space is, send a photo, and we'll tell you exactly what happens next. No forms to fill in.
