PARKLY is a trading name of Mirko Magistrelli, an individual trader established in Switzerland, supplying and installing automatic parking barriers between Fuengirola and Estepona, Spain.

Your phone number, your name as shown on your account, the messages you send us and any photographs of your parking space that you choose to share. We use these to answer you, to confirm whether your space is suitable for installation, and to arrange the work.
Bookings are handled by Cal.com. We collect your name, email address, phone number, the address of the installation, the name of your urbanisation and your parking space number. We use these to schedule the appointment, to reach you before we arrive and to carry out the installation.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe provides us only with the amount, the outcome of the transaction and the last four digits of the card, which we need for accounting and refunds.
Our site is served by Netlify, which records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
Only with the providers we need in order to operate, each acting under its own privacy terms:

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Write to hola@parklyspain.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) or to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

Por WhatsApp: tu número de teléfono, tu nombre, los mensajes que nos envías y las fotos de tu plaza que quieras compartir, para poder responderte y confirmar si la plaza es apta.
Al reservar: nombre, email, teléfono, dirección de la instalación, nombre de la urbanización y número de plaza. La reserva la gestiona Cal.com.
Al pagar la reserva: el pago lo procesa Stripe. Nunca vemos ni guardamos el número de tu tarjeta.
Datos técnicos: registros estándar del servidor (Netlify). No usamos cookies publicitarias, de analítica ni píxeles de seguimiento.
Únicamente con los proveedores necesarios para prestar el servicio: Cal.com (reservas), Stripe (pagos), Google (calendario y correo), Netlify (alojamiento) y WhatsApp/Meta (mensajería). No vendemos tus datos ni los cedemos con fines publicitarios.
Puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación u oposición escribiendo a hola@parklyspain.com. Responderemos en un plazo de 30 días. Si no estás conforme, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Si modificamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha que figura al principio.
